These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Gana Consulting LLC. By using our website, requesting a free check-up, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Gana Consulting LLC provides practical technology and business help to local, small-scale businesses — including repeat-customer programs, websites and online booking, payment reviews, simple reporting, and marketing support. Scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are always confirmed in writing before any work begins.
2. Free Check-Ups & Pricing
The 30-minute business check-up is free of charge, with no obligation. Any written proposal we send is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change if the scope changes; any change will be communicated and approved by you in writing before additional work is performed.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check. Late balances may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.
4. Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables produced during an engagement — documents, models, dashboards, and code — become your property on final payment. We may reference the engagement in general terms for marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Work already underway may be stopped with 14 days' written notice; fees for work completed to that point remain payable.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the people, systems, and information reasonably required for the engagement. We reserve the right to pause or decline work where required access or cooperation is not available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and code — is owned by Gana Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
We want you to be happy with the work. If something isn't right, please contact us first so we can make it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
